There are more artists using the name Ortega. 1) Every so often a band emerges as if from nowhere armed with a depth of song writing that is simply stunning. Enter Ortega… The seven piece from Cannock in the Midlands have been doing what bands do – learning their craft (both live and on record), becoming big names on the local circuit, selling out their first self-made demos and building up to their debut single through Co Star Entertainment set for release in late 2007.
There is more than one artist with this name. 1) Callisto is a Finnish experimental metal band (Turku, Finland 2001-present). Trying to fit the post-metal outfit Callisto into one single category hardly does the band justice. Founded in 2001, the sextet play a timeless, downbeat yet melancholic style of music that is rich in nuances, draws from numerous sources and doesn't really have any obvious fellow creatures or points of comparisons.
There is more then one artist with this name. Volition (rapper) is a young hip hop artist from Essex County, New Jersey.
His mixtape, The Definition of Volition: Volume 1, has been circulating around the circuit since its release in mid December 08, with guest appearances by Buggz and D Dand.
Volition (band) was founded by Mark Burns (Bass Guitar & Backing Vocals), Mark Burnett (Guitar) & James Doyle (Drums) in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, England. Mark & James had played together in Boss Eye for some time, but they wanted to go into a more extreme, despondent doom direction.
Huata (stylized as Hua†a) play a truly haunting and spell-binding blend of Stoner/Sludge/Doom/Drone Metal Music mixed with amazing Occult Psych based rock.

At least two bands call themselves Mare: one was a progressive sludge band from Oakville/Burlington, Canada, the other is a black metal band from Trondheim, Norway. 1) Mare from Oakville/Burlington was a band orchestrated primarily by frontman Tyler Semrick-Palmateer, previously on vocal duty for tech-metal outfit The End. In a unique mixture of sludge, doom metal and and other textures that defy immediate genres or categorization...
