Margot

(1) Margot is a duo formed by two Italians guys: Pepe and Giaga. Pepe began his musical experience when he was 14 studying rhythmics, while Giaga took his first step in the music world playing the piano and singing at 14.
At 16 years old, they both got very interested in electronic music and now since more than ten years the two italian producers are working in the best underground clubs in Rimini (Cocoricò, Classic Club and Echoes) and Italy.

Wesley Matsell

Wesley grew up in Merthyr Tydfil in the heart of the South Wales valleys, heading to Cardiff when the time came for university where he completed a degree in the rather specialised field of Timebased Practice (performance, video, sonic and installation art to you and me). Now back home in Merthyr Tydfil, by day he works for a finance company, whilst by night he splits his time between youth-work with his local church, outdoor activities like hiking and cycling, and also a spot of musical exploration inbetween.

Petter Nordkvist

Petter Nordqvist is a 20 year old DJ and producer from Stockholm in Sweden who is fast forging his own unique niche in the musical spectrum. With only two releases under his belt, the sublime ‘These Days’ on Holland’s Deep records and the two slices of loveliness-on-vinyl that was his ‘Six Songs EP’ for Border Community, Petter has won himself fans from all corners, and a more solidly diverse young talent you’d struggle to find.

Luke Abbott

Norfolk's Luke Abbott was one of the many special artists set adrift after the unfortunate demise of the legendary Output Recordings, and nowadays they gladly welcomed him into the Border Community family for the release of his musically ambitious Tuesday EP. Luke is no stranger to the live circuit, and has recently modified his more experimental live stylings to create a new club-friendly set of dance music in the loosest possible sense to help us drag dancefloors everywhere into the 21st century.

Micromattic

Micromattic is an artist collective working towards a truly groundbreaking concept for stage presentation of electronic music and visuals. We manipulate sound and images through movement with Nintendo Wii controllers, we beatbox and use our voices to generate sounds which we then loop, warp and twist in abstract textures. Now imagine all this served on a base of monochrome deep hypnotic IDM Techno grooves. That's what we are about!

Artist Type:

Avus

In January 2000 two clever friends handed Scott Edwards a copy of buzz and a cdr full of samples. These were fused with a mind full of sounds crossing everything from Tangerine Dream to a Roots Supercharger and Avus was born. By this time Scott had already been honing his DJ talents for many years gaining a residency at London's Glasshouse, his own radio show and playing numerous sets around some of Britain's best (and indeed dodgiest) sweatpits.
