Inspired by the legacy of the talented Depeche Mode, he was named The Scientist in the end of the eighties, nickname created by the Passion Crew due to his great potential and level of concentration.

After moving to Berlin in the mid 90's, Michael Vater a.k.a Phonique was on the go like few others in Berlin. His successful parties and club nights got much love and paved him the way to become one the nice guys in Berlin’s nightlife. First he only organized parties, after a while he started to DJ himself: “DJ Phonique” was born. Since January '98, Phonique continued to bring previously lesser known DJs and producers to Berlin for his club nights and parties, presenting many strong nights with DJs like Glen Gunner (Street Corner Symphony/Block 16)...

Oliver $ continues working closely with Jesse Rose and producing records and remixes that are being played by the likes of Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Derrick Carter and Switch. 2008 started with a bang for Oliver as Hotflash was released on made to play in january and has been a massive hit. His remixes for Swag, Idiotproof (aka Jamie Anderson and Deepgroove) and Jacob London have caused devastation all over and his remix of Grovesnor’s Drive your car on Grecoroman got the biggest reaction in Jesse Rose’s set to 20,000 people on New Years day 2008 in Sydney, Australia.

In particular, lovers of the tribal house and deep to hard progressive sound fondly remember his time spent rocking Melbourne’s Mansion club. During Kasey's stint there, the club played host to most of the worlds leading DJ's with the likes of Sasha, John Digweed, Paul Oakenfold and our very own Anthony Pappa to name a few, and it was also voted one of the best clubs in the world by the UK's Ministry Magazine. He plays at all the major clubbing events in his hometown of Melbourne past and present including brand name tours like Northern Exposure, Renaissance, Global Underground and Slinky.

Siblings

SIBLINGS is a hardcore punk band from Honolulu, HI. Siblings is David Turgeon (Camp, Period Three) and Kaia Wong (Mixel Pixel, The Eastern Stars). Together they used to make music as Asyncdrone. But that was a while ago. Siblings is a good honest pop band set to hardworking beats and infectious melodies. In September 2007 they have released their debut Litter EP for free on the No Type netlabel, and they are now looking to release their first full-length album sometime in 2008.
