Sister Lovers
http://www.myspace.com/sisterloversmusic Sister Lovers, Cathal 'chad' Brady, Ciaran Grogan and Michael Slowey formed at the beginning of the summer '07 out of sheer boredom and a common love of French Avant Garde films of the 1950's. We play all original tunes, caught somewhere between Sonic Youth and The La's. Sister Lovers recorded a 5 track demo in September 07 (The songs you hear playing now!!). There are plans in place to record new material very soon.

Jesse Malin and the St. Marks Social
After three critically acclaimed solo records, dozens of world tours and TV appearances, Jesse Malin found himself back in New York City questioning his next move. From his days fronting seminal hardcore trio Heart Attack and infamous glam punks D Generation, then seven years on the road as a solo artist, Malin had cultivated a devout fan base. He’d shared stages with everyone from The White Stripes to Counting Crows, The Hold Steady to Lucinda Williams, but felt like he was losing the plot.
Teho Teardo & Blixa Bargeld
This is a quite unique collaboration, an unexpected one between the italian composer Teho Teardo and Blixa Bargeld, leader of Einstürzende Neubauten and former Bad Seeds. They first met during the realization of Ingiuria, a theatre pièce and right after that they collaborated on a song for a soundtrack, "A Quite Life". That song started the whole process of writing and producing an album together where songs and more experimental pieces could find a common ground.
