There are three artists with this name

2. An American girl group best known for "My Boyfriend's Back", a #1 hit in the United States in 1963
3. An American R&B group
none of these are to be confused with any of the artists called Angels, without the definite article. (1) The Angels (Australia) USA as Angel City (1980-1985), The Angels from Angel City (1988-1989), The Angels (1992). In November 1970, brothers Rick and John Brewster formed The Moonshine Jug and String Band. In 1971 the band was joined by Irish immigrant Bernard "Doc" Neeson.

Fire! Santa Rosa, Fire!

Fire! Santa Rosa, Fire! are a indie rock group from Adelaide, South Australia. They feature David Williams (vocals/guitar), Sam Stearne (drums), Caitlin Duff (vocals), Nathaniel Morse (guitar), Art Zinoviev (synth) and Josh Flavel (bass). Formed in 2006 into the vapid whirlpool era of fluro dance-punk, the quintet has since been impossible to pin down to any one sound or genre, opting for distinct stylistic strides between releases.

Dead Joe is a four-piece punk rock outfit from Adelaide, doing what they know best - making good old fashioned punk rock. Simplistic writing and dynamic performances has put the band on numerous line-ups, playing alongside both local artists and bands from abroad. Look out for Dead Joe's debut EP planned for 2011.

thekillbotfactory are charging relentlessly forward as a four-piece, heading into pre-production stages of the follow-up release to their debut, Fight-The-Machine .
Having played on line-ups featuring, Crazy-Town (US), Many-Machines-on-9, Over-Reactor, and Laura, and prominent local Adelaide shows and festivals, featuring local juggernauts Octanic, Infiltraitor, Arcadia and many, many other awesome local acts, thekillbotfactory are heading for new horizons as they look to release their follow-up to Fight-The-Machine in the summer of 2012/13.

Double Dragon

There are two artists with the name Double Dragon. Double Dragon is an electro group hailing from France. They have provided the scores for both the horror films Last Caress (2012) & Blackaria (2009). Double Dragon is a metal band from South Australia.
Forming in 2002 in Adelaide, South Australia, Double Dragon have seen a handful of line-up changes, which has helped to define the Double Dragon sound today. They have supported such bands as Slayer, Arch Enemy, Dark Tranquillity, The Black Dahlia Murder, Cephalic Carnage, and Mastodon, Soilwork, The Haunted, Carcass, to name a few.

Wagons

Wagons is an alt country band formed in Melbourne, Australia in 2000. Wagons was initially introduced as the banner under which charismatic singer, guitarist and songwriter Henry Wagons performed his skewed take on country music. Initially accompanied just by drummer and percussionist Mark 'Tuckerbag' Dawson, over time Wagons swelled to include guitarist Richard Blaz

Mountbatten

Anthony Golding and Walter Marsh met playing in a band called We Grow Up. As recording sessions for their third album became mired by day jobs and higher education the pair decided to move on. Recruiting members from fellow Adelaide folk-rock ensemble Cheer Advisory Council and cellist Seb Tonkin they set about re-imagining the songs that had been building up over the year. A selection of these songs comprise their debut EP The Night Is A Dream (February 2011).

Cheer Advisory Council

Cheer Advisory Council formed in Adelaide, Australia in late 2008. At its biggest, the Council now boasts seven members, even reclaiming the bassoon as the rock instrument it always knew it could be. The band's dusky, smoky feel, with slow tempos and crashing crescendos, is reminiscent of the music of Low, The National, Midlake and Wilco. Their first album, 'Distance', will be released independently on 30 April 2011, featuring many group harmonies, some pop hooks and one big guitar solo.
