Tim Hall

There is more than one artist known as Tim Hall: The British Tim Hall began musical life playing in bands such as Tribal Laughter with Max Pashm and Danni Speekman. Formed Bardic Folk band Silver on the Tree in 1988, contributing material to "Eye of the Aeon", "Mystic Spiral" and "Morning Glory". Founded the Avalonian Free State Choir in 1992, principally with the intention of performing "Pagan Carols".

Longstone is an experimental electronic band formed in Cheltenham, England, in 1996. The main band members are Mike Ward and Mike Cross. Other contributors include Chris Cundy (bass clarinet); Mr Alien (saxophone); Steve Moody (guitar, effects); Kev Fox (electronics) and Stuart Wilding (percussion).

Slowdive

Slowdive is a / band that formed in 1989 in Reading, England, United Kingdom. Signed to Creation Records in 1990 and initially championed by the British music press, the band scored a UK top forty entry with their debut album Just for a Day. The band consists of Rachel Goswell (vocals/guitar), Neil Halstead (vocals/guitar), Nick Chaplin (bass), Christian Savill (guitar), and Simon Scott (drums, 1990-1994, 2014-present); additionally, Ian McCutcheon replaced Scott from 1994-1995. Goswell and Halstead had known each other since early childhood in Reading, Berkshire.

Inspired by the 80's classic psycho bands, they started to play their own simple & raw songs, willing to transmit this disease that Psychobily is all about. "The Brazilian psycho scene spawned a luscious rarity in 2006, when three ladies stirred up their own twist on the original style from the early eighties.

Keaver & Brause

Keaver is a veteran of the Ceder studio system, known as a sound effects man but in fact, something of an innovator in electronic music. Brause, a dozen years younger and looking like a baby, has moved from Worksop to Berlin to London to Nottingham, working as a folk singer, and session musician, and is becoming more and more interested in beat sculpting. Their debut album "The Middle Way" twists a broad spectrum of elements to create hip hop founded electronics that relish the use of hazy samples and spiraling rhythms.

There are at least two artists which use this name: 1. The Room were formed in the late 70`s by Dave Jackson and Becky Stringer (both later of Benny Profane, Dust and The Dead Cowboys) before going through various personnel changes and splitting in 1985. Magpie Lane

Background The musicians of Magpie Lane first came together in the winter of 1992-93 to record "The Oxford Ramble", a collection of songs and tunes from, or about, Oxfordshire. Although originally conceived as a one-off recording project, the band soon took on a life of its own. The success of "The Oxford Ramble" led to the release of a second CD, "Speed the Plough", a year later; to be followed shortly afterwards by "Wassail: a Country Christmas" and "Jack in the Green".
