There are three German artists called Misanthrop. 1. Misanthrop is a Drum and Bass producer and DJ hailing from Stuttgart, Germany. His style could best be described as neurofunk. Misanthrop started producing a long time ago, being influenced by Position Chrome, Alec Empire, etc. He had a debut 12" on the German label Basswerk, but the release of his tunes "Perfect Happiness" and "Stop Criterion" helped his music to the breakthrough. He also released tunes for shadybrain.net and Mayhem`s Shadow Law Recordings.

Sucked into the innovative sounds at an early age, it wasn’t long before Inside Info, or Paul to his friends, began to become infatuated with broken beats and, after receiving a copy of ‘Rave ‘92’ as a Christmas present, began to delve deeper into the world of dance music: Forming a partnership with a friend, the name Inside Info started out as a duo, they worked hard in the studio and landed themselves a show on Origin FM where they would play their new tracks, getting feedback instantly from the hordes of D&B fans tuning in each week.

The DJ'ing thing I would still say is my first love, it's what still gets me buzzing now. There are at least two artist with name Makoto: 1. Based in Tokyo, Makoto Shimizu, better known as simply Makoto, is Japan's chief Drum & Bass ambassador. After completing an Acoustic Engineering major at Nippon University, Makoto first signed with LTJ Bukem's legendary Good Looking Records back in 1999.
Since then he has gone from strength to strength, releasing a long string of quality music in the form of singles and EP's, but also on the famous 'Earth' and 'Progression Sessions' compilation albums.
