Francis Albert Sinatra (born December 12, 1915 in Hoboken, New Jersey; died May 14, 1998 in Los Angeles, California) was an Italian American Grammy Award winning jazz singer, Academy Award winning actor, founder of Reprise Records and member of The Rat Pack. Beginning his musical career in the Swing Era along with Harry James and Tommy Dorsey, Sinatra became a highly successful solo artist, releasing 59 studio albums and becoming the idol of the 'bobby soxers'.

1.) John Steel was an American vocalist who found his biggest success in the 1920s. Described by musicologist Allan Sutton as a “working man’s John McCormack,” Steel was signed to the Victor Talking Machine Company in 1919, the same year he starred in “The Ziegfeld Follies of 1919.” An Actors Equity strike that year brought Steel into the headlines when, although siding with strikers, he was legally forced to perform.

Lyon grew up in Ocean Grove, New Jersey and graduated from Neptune High School. As an artist, Southside Johnny first achieved prominence in the mid-1970s as the second act to emerge from the Jersey Shore music scene and be considered part of the Jersey Shore sound, following Bruce Springsteen.
