Djam & Fam

DJam et Fam est un Project de Djamel Allam Djamel Allam est un chanteur, musicien kabyle, né en 1947 à Béjaïa en Kabylie (Algérie). Il apprend la musique au conservatoire de musique de Béjaïa, puis part en 1970 à Marseille puis Paris. Il s'essaye à la chanson française dans les cabarets de la capitale (rue Mouffetard...). En 1972 il apparait en première partie du spectacle de Brigitte Fontaine et Areski à Alger. En 1974, il travaille à la radio France Inter avec Claude Villers qui le recommande aux disques Escargots (éditeur de François Béranger et Gilles Vigneault notamment).

Treebeard were formed in 1998 by Haze & World Turtle brothers Chris & Paul McMahon plus Paul Chisnell (Haze, Three Legged Cat, Old Pekuliar), Gordon Walker (Ant Hill Mob & guest on World Turtle's 'Wilderness of Eden') and Chris Jellis (Old Pekuliar). The band play original songs and tunes as well as a selection of rock, pop, folk (& even country!) songs in their own inimitable way.

Anton Zap

Anton Zap was born in Moscow in 1979. He studied Chinese for 7 years and then embarked on a 2 year sound engineering course. He started collecting wax from a very young age and in the mid 90’s he joined Moscow’s underground lounge group, Tetris, led by Vlad Lozinsky. He was resident DJ at one of Moscow’s leading clubs, Propaganda from 1997-2005. He later started his own band, Papaztrio alongside Pavel Hotin and Yuriy Shulgin.

1) Djinn is an Italian depressive-industrial-ambient act formed in 1999 by Alex Vintras. His music combines the atmospheric layers and reverberations prominent in dark ambient music, and combines it with the experimentation and rhythmic qualities of second-wave industrial music. His work is known to commonly use samples from multiple sources, be it field recordings of Gregorian chants, audio clips from famous films, or even snippets of classical compositions.
