Oh No Ono is an experimental pop quintet from the tiny Danish town of Aalborg. Their music, intricate and otherworldly, defies conventions and expectations (and sometimes gravity). The ten dense, hypertextured sour-sweet-sad opuses found on their US debut album, Eggs, are truly breathtaking to behold; the band creates bewitching pop symphonies that unfold themselves more with each successive listen.

There are at least two artists with this name: 1) Mao is a Japanese singer and lyricist from Kanagawa Prefecture. Her recent releases include ending themes for Hakuouki anime series. 2) Mao is a male pop singer from Italy.

Matt K. Von And Johnny Castro are Parachute Youth, an Australian duo originating from Sydney and Adelaide, respectively. Matt and Johnny met in 2010 at a boring shindig: six or seven guys just bonging around the couch. After thirty minutes, they left the less-than-party, went home, got arty, and made their first track. They titled their new creation "It Can't Get Better Than This". By default, the bong had created an incredible team.

Pearl and the Puppets is 21-year old Katie Sutherland. She grew up in Kirkintilloch, Scotland. Pearl is a singer, songwriter and musician, playing guitar and other instruments. Pearl left college to embark on a full-time career in music, and in a matter of months has already moved miles along the path to achieving her goals. She has signed a publishing deal with Warner/Chappell, and is managed by 21st Artists (the company whose rosta includes Elton John, James Blunt, Lily Allen and Just Jack).
