Paddington D.C. or Paddington Distortion Combo is one of the soloprojects of swedish Carl Olsson from "The Bear Quartet".
The music is hard to classify because he keeps changing his style often. however it can probably be called som kind of Dronepop/Lo-fi with alot of synthesizers to give you a hint of what it is.
