The Quickening

The Quickening were borne a 3 piece punk band some 12 years ago in Brisbane Australia, and for that reason have had trouble shaking their image as a punk band, all be it a increasingly outdated one.
The Quickening have always been renouned for their technical proficency, both in a live and recorded capacity. The addition of a 2nd guitarist in 2007 gave the band an opportunity to solidify their technical prowess and develop their ever broardening style. And to be cocks....

Banana

There are at least 2 artists by this name. 1. Formed by Cesar Banana Pueyrredon (b. in Buenos Aires, 1952), BANANA play a somewhat typical symphonic prog with a strong emphasis on guitar and vocals. The youngest of eight children, Cesar's rather timid disposition prompted him to take refuge in piano playing. He took lessons, attended the Catholic University (Argentina) and got together with brothers and friends for a few jams.

We recommend to tag them as Magnum (US). 3) Magnum are a British melodic rock band from Birmingham England. Formed in 1972, Magnum have undergone several changes in personnel over the years but the singer-songwriter core of Bob Catley and Tony Clarkin remain today.

Giant Steps

GIANT STEPS - London, UK. Formed in the early part of 2010, Giant Steps are a four-piece Soul Rock band from London, UK. Originally known as Beggars, they decided to begin a new project after replacing a leaving member. In the Summer of 2010 Giant Steps completed the recording of five tracks with producer Mike Crossey. Autumn 2010 they have been selected to perform on the Jo Whiley New Music Tour in the UK.

Bossk

Bossk are a Kent based post-metal band. They released 2 albums (.1 and .2) and a DVD (.3), forming 'The Trilogy', post disbanding in 2008 a split EP was released with Rinoa, containing the new live track "Events Occur In Real Time". In early 2012 they announced they were reforming for a BBC Maida Vale session for Daniel P. Carter's Rock Show which would include new song 'Pick Up Artist', to be released as a free download from the bands website in September 2012.
