There are multiple artists on Last.fm with the name Pod People. 1) Pod People is an Australian doom metal band from Canberra. Their sound combines doom/stoner metal with death metal vocals. They have released three EPs, one album and one 7". Pod People have opened for the likes of doom masters Electric Wizard and Cathedral. The band recorded a new album over the later half of 2007 and early 08 and are looking to release their next album "Mons Animae Mortuorum" (Mountain of the Souls of the Dead) through Goatsound in Australia in August 2008 and hopefully Rise Above internationally.

We are Wolfshead. We are a hard rock band from Fleet, Hampshire, UK. We like to smash hard rock and doom together to create a delightful noise we like to call Garage Doom - high energy, groove, and screaming fuzzed-up riffs melting together amidst a blaze of burning rage. Imagine the sound of The Hellacopters, Goatsnake, Red Fang, and High on Fire, piled up in a stolen muscle car with Dopesmoker blasting out of the stereo, being driven into a brick wall at 100 miles per hour: a sonic explosion of colossal magnitude. Isole is an epic doom metal band from Gävle, Sweden that is currently signed to napalm records.
Isole started up under the name Forlorn back in 1990 with two sole members Crister and Daniel. Some demo tapes were recorded under the 90's. Then the band went into hibernation a couple of years mostly because troubles with members quitting or living elsewhere. In 2003 record label I Hate Records contacted them and wanted to sign Forlorn, and we wanted a fresh start after the hibernation and changed name to Isole.

Beheaded is a brutal death metal band. They formed back in 1991, with the sole intention of being one blistering death/grind act, Beheaded has breathed fire ever since. Set in Fgura, Malta, an island, in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, the quintet stood firm, against all the odds, and confrontations such an environment generated. Beheaded toughened after each clash, and molded into a beast of tenacity and inhuman determination.
