Frank McComb

Soul singer and keyboard player who is most famous for singing "Another Day" from Branford Marsalis' Buckshot LeFonque project. His voice is uncannily similar to that of Donny Hathaway; he has released a couple of records of his own that combine heart-felt soul singing and jazz-funk instrumental virtuosity. His independent releases include A tribute to the Masters(2006) a pure instrumental album where Frank pays homage to those who he has worked with and those who have influenced him, artist like Chick Corea,Herbie Hancock,Patrice Rushen etc.

As a vocal muse for Madlib’s creations, Dudley is unmatched; he’s earned first pick at Madlib’s prized beat collections. Just like Madvillain or Quasimoto, the Dudley/Madlib combination is a facet unto its own – on par with the most illustrious collaboration projects in Madlib’s catalog. The group was created by producer Frank Farian in 1975 and was composed of four West Indian artists working in London, Germany and the Netherlands: singers Marcia Barrett and Liz Mitchell, model Maizie Williams and DJ Bobby Farrell. Boney M is noted for the mix of white and black music—the producer Farian is white and the singers are black; significantly many songs are black (freedom) songs, for example “No More Chain Gang” in the album Oceans Of Fantasy.

Glenn Lewis

Glenn Lewis (born Glen Ricketts on March 13, 1975 in Toronto, Canada) is a soul singer and songwriter. Originally planning to pursue a career in animation as a teenager, Lewis instead decided to focus on music. His father was a member of the musical group Crack of Dawn. Lewis has cited Stevie Wonder as his biggest inspiration, and Glenn has often been compared to him because of their similarities in their tones. Glenn singing first garnered attention when he won a high-school talent contest by covering Wonder's "I Just Called to Say I Love You".

She was discovered by Amir "Questlove" Thompson of The Roots. Questlove invited her to join the band in the studios. Which resulted in the live version of "You Got Me" in 1999. He is a singer, songwriter and record producer associated with the neo-soul music movement. Saadiq made a name for himself as the lead vocalist in the rhythm and blues and dance trio Tony! Toni! Toné!. He went by his birth name during the beginning of Tony! Toni! Toné!, where he was joined by his brother Dwayne Wiggins, and his cousin Timothy Christian. He adopted the name of Raphael Saadiq in the mid-1990s.
