Otep

Otep is a band formed in 2000 in Los Angeles, California by Otep Shamaya. The band originally formed as a four-piece band and were invited to play Ozzfest before they had even signed to a label after Sharon Osbourne witnessed a brief part of their live performance. They've since played Ozzfest several times. Otep have since released five full-length albums featuring many session musicians including Greg Wells, Joey Jordison of Slipknot, Koichi Fukuda of Static-X, Emilie Autumn, Tony Campos of Soulfly and Asesino (ex-Static-X), and Ulrich Wild.

Whoretopsy is a band from Melbourne, Australia.
The band was formed by vocalist Storma (Insidious Torture) and guitarist AJ (ex-Empty The Throne) in early 2011 with the goal of creating nothing but the most devastating music possible.
After the release of a three-track demo in April 2011, worldwide attention has been garnered and what was initially supposed to be a studio-only project rapidly grew into something a lot bigger.

In the summer of 2003, Tobias Buck, who at that time played the lead guitar in the Münster death metal formation MALZAN, decided to start a metal side project that should take a different musical direction and lay more emphasis soundwise on power metal and hardcore influences. To carry out his plans, Toby teamed up with drummer Sebastian Heldt, whom he had already played together with in the 1998 Münster talent competition winning new metal band SPOUT, and with singer Benny Hilleke, who had no band experience whatsoever.

War From a Harlots Mouth

Tired of former bands and projects, five Berlin citizens formed War from a Harlots Mouth between the end of 2005 and spring 2006. They combine the technical elements of mathcore with deathcore and a blend of jazz. After releasing a Split-CD with Molotov Solution from Las Vegas on Twelve Gauge Records, the quintet signed to Lifeforce Records for the release of their full length debut album “Transmetropolitan” in 2007.

There are many bands with the name Anguish. These include: 1. A Swedish doom metal band influenced by Candlemass. Apotheosis

There are five bands using this name: 1) A / one man band from Malta. Sauron composes all of the music for Apotheosis. Although the band was formed in autumn of 1993, it wasn't until 2002 that Sauron released a full length, the four track epic Farthest From The Sun. 2) A two piece band from Toledo, Ohio. Their first album, 'Husk', was self-released in 2011 and they are currently (9/12) completing their second release, 'Bane'.
