Winners of ‘The Best New Comer Award' for 2005, and the talent behind Malta's most requested bootleg, ‘Floyd's Girl', Joven Grech and Cyprian Cassar – better known as Tenishia – have established themselves as among the best of Malta's electronic dance producers. Popular with their cutting edge live shows and loved for their outstanding productions, Tenishia has quickly gained a reputation in Malta's clubbing culture, including winning the best newcomer award just eight months after their debut in the clubbing scene.

They debuted in 1987 with "The Power - The Rhythm", featuring Thomas' future co-member of Jomanda, Cheri Williams, on vocals. They didn't emerge on the scene again until 1995, when their track "Everybody Be Somebody", featuring Yavahn, hit the dance charts worldwide.

Cassette Culture is the side project of Tom Lowe, who is the guitarist of the Leicestershire based band, Kyte. The project started in 2009 when some of the Kyte songs started to venture closer towards a more electronic sound. At first Tom simply worked on a remixing tracks from various bands he and the other Kyte members had been in contact with, but later Mark Adams was added as a vocalist, and with Scott Hislop on drums they began recording their first album.

The band's name was inspired by the subtitles of the movie The Gods Must Be Crazy, in which the mouth-clicking sounds of the Bushmen were represented as "!". Chk Chk Chk is the most common pronunciation, but they could just as easily be called Bam Bam Bam, Uh Uh Uh, Pew Pew Pew, etc.

Claudio Fiore is a producer, writer and musician creating many styles of music. He has been a drummer for many years and now exclusively uses Roland V-Drums, ProMark sticks and Meinl percussion.
