Samson

Multiple artists go by the name Samson. 1. Samson was a heavy metal band formed in 1977 by guitarist and vocalist Paul Samson. They are best known for their first three albums with future Iron Maiden singer Bruce Dickinson, then known as "Bruce Bruce", and drummer Thunderstick (real name Barry Graham or Barry Purkis), who wore a leather mask and performed on stage in a metal cage. Drummer Clive Burr was also member of the band, both before and after his time with Iron Maiden. The group effectively disbanded with Paul Samson's death to cancer on August 9, 2002.

Marseille

Marseille was a NWOBHM band from Liverpool, England. Marseille was formed in 1976, and released their debut album, Red, White and Slightly Blue on the label Mountain in 1978. Members included Paul Dale (vocals), Neil Buchanan (guitar) and Steve Dinwoodie (bass). Marseille gathered a small fanbase while promoting their first album as support for other groups such as UFO.[1] Their debut, that suffered somewhat from lack in promotion and limitation of release, had very raunchy lyrics[2]

Angel Witch

Angel Witch is a British heavy metal band which was assembled in 1977. They were part of the NWOBHM (New wave of British heavy metal) movement together with bands such as Iron Maiden and Saxon. The band was founded under the name of Lucifer and initially comprised guitarist and vocalist Kevin Heybourne, guitarist Rob Downing, bassist Kevin Riddles and drummer Steve Jones. Lucifer split and Steve Jones joined up with Bruce Dickinson to form Speed. The remnants of Lucifer became Angel Witch in the following year,when Dave Hogg joined on drums. Eventually Rob Downing left the band.

Wolfpack changed their bandname to Wolfbrigade after a right wing racist community started using the name "Wolfpack"; they did not want to be associated with right wing politics. 2) Wolfpack were a 5-piece thrash/traditional metal band from Preston, UK. They released one album entitled "Total Head Removal" before changing their name to Salem (UK) and releasing a demo called "Impending Doom"

Steve Tyson), began experimenting with producing, mixing, and spinning since childhood, but didn't actively pursue it until enrolling at Franklin & Marshall College in southeastern PA. Alongside his partner in rhyme T.R.E. (Trained Revolutionary Emcee/ Truth Remains Eternal), they have won a variety of competitions, as well as opened for hip-hop icons The Spooks and Talib Kweli.

Egypt's original line up first got together in a squat in Shepherds Bush, London in late 1987, but the story really begins a few weeks before when bass player Alan Fish and our first drummer Peter Chichon met at an audition for another band which included Don Greer (ex-Bachman Turner Overdrive and others). Don would later fill in for a broken-thumbed Eric Chipulina whilst Egypt were in the US for a short while in the early 90s.

Soldier

UK Heavy Metal band, formed in 1979 by Ian Dick, the original Soldier line up were Ian Dick (Guitar), Al Cannam (Guitar), Ram Tiwary (Bass), Steve Garner (Drums) and Garry Phillips (Vocals). Garry joined the band on the eve of the recording session that included the version of Silver Screen Teaser that appeared in many early Sounds Heavy Metal charts. This line up gigged mostly around the Midlands, however it was not long before the first of several personnel changes took place.
