Nuisance

Nuisance was a post-punk band from the late 80s and early 90s. They released two albums on Lookout Records in 91 and 93. They were one of the earlier bands to take punk roots and soak them in folksy country music - which is a big trend these days. “It’s like being on top of the mountain, and you can reach out and touch the sun. Dusty trucks buzz on the county road down from you. And it’s like the most poignant moment that could ever be.

Brutus

There are at least five artists called Brutus: - 1, a hardcore band from Asturias, Spain. Formed in June 2008, Brutus gave their first show one month later. From then onwards Brutus has released a self-titled EP in July 2009, recorded at KTC Domestic Productions which was presented in numerous places, mainly in the north of Spain, sharing stage with bands like For the Glory or Avenues and Silhouettes. Brutus has announced that they will release a new work in February 2012. We don't know the title yet, but it is taken for granted that this new album will please all their fans.

Epitaph

There are at least 3 bands with this name: 1. Epitaph were founded in Dortmund in 1969, consisting of Cliff Jackson (vocals, guitar), Bernd Kolbe (bass, mellotron, vocals) and Jim McGillivray (drums). The first sessions for their debut album, released 1971 on Polydor, were recorded in an Essex studio in England. For unknown reasons, it was however finished in Windrose Studios, Hamburg, where a fourth member was added to the group: Klaus Walz (guitar, vocals). The five resulting tracks sounded similar to the earliest incarnation of Uriah Heep.

Murder of Crows

A band of the Name '(A) Murder of Crows' was a band where Elliott Smith was in after the band 'Stranger than Fiction' and before 'Heatmiser'.
The band consisted of Elliott (known as Elliott Stillwater-Rotter at the time of the release) and Garrick Duckler who played with Elliott in 'Stranger than fiction'. No album cover or list of songs have ever made it out in the public, but it is known that a cassette was their only release and it was sold at 2nd avenue records in Portland at one point. ______

Spearhead

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) The first two Spearhead albums were released under just the band name: Spearhead, later albums have been released as Michael Franti and Spearhead including the vocalist's name:
Michael Franti in the band name. His earlier projects include The Beatnigs, and The Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy, which had more of an experimental/industrial sound. 2) Spearhead is a Death Metal band from the UK - www.myspace.com/spearheadofficial
