‘This Side Up’ ……. the Hip-Hop night that has been rocking various venues all over the badlands of Sligo. The night has gathered a devoted following since it began in 2008 and prides itself on providing the crowd with upfront music in a funky and friendly atmosphere. To kick things off Djs Noone and PC man the turntables dropping everything from OldSkool Hip-Hop and Funk to Reggae and Jazz. As the night gathers pace Shaool and Myster-E grab the microphone and raise the roof with intelligent hard hitting rhymes while original beats are dropped by Noone.

Some of the former members have come together with members of Everything Falls Together and formed a new band, Ghost Of A Fallen Age. The lead singer is now in the band We Were Gentlemen

Dream on, Dreamer are a post-hardcore band from Melbourne, Australia. They formed around 2008, and have to date released two EPs (Hope and Sails Set, Armada - EP) and are releasing their debut album, Heartbound on 9th August, 2011. They have released a single from the upcoming album, Downfall, through their website

They have been featured in numerous UK magazines. 2. Aghast, which is a French D.I.Y hardcore/screamo band, who also plays angry political music. The’ve put out splits with bands such as 1000 Travels of Jawaharlal and Sed Non Satiata.
