Junior Brown

Junior Brown (born 1953) is an American country guitarist and singer from Kirksville, Indiana. He first learned to play piano from his father "before I could talk". His music career began in the 1960s, and he worked through that decade and the next developing his astonishing guitar skills. By the mid-80s he was teaching guitar at the Hank Thompson School of Country Music at Rogers State University, in Claremore, Oklahoma.

Dove

Dove has been used many times as a name for different bands in different styles. Perhaps the most prominent being the groove/sludge band who released a split 7" with the band Floor, and a Self-titled CD in 2004. They featured Henry (the drummer for Floor and member of Cavity) on lead vocals/guitar for Dove.

Atlanta based Blackberry Smoke continues to grow into the premiere Southern Rock band in America. Over the last 12 months, they have shared the stage with ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Montgomery-Gentry, Shooter Jennings, Cross Canadian Ragweed and countless others.
Blackberry Smoke has relentlessly toured the US this year including a 3 month opening for ZZ Top, and multiple dates with the bands mentioned, The Outlaws and more. They will be joining Lynyrd Skynyrd once again for the Simple Man Cruise in Jan 8-12 2009.

Weedeater

There are two stoner metal bands called Weedeater 1) A 3 piece stoner/sludge/doom metal band from Wilmington, North Carolina, USA, formed in 1998. Features Dave 'Dixie' Collins (ex-Buzzov*en, Bongzilla, Sourvein) on bass/vocals, Shep on guitar and Keko on drums. Weedeater have released three albums to date, in 2001 they released their debut ...And Justice For Y'all and in 2002 they released the follow-up Sixteen Tons, produced by the legendary Billy Anderson.

Mammoth

There are 3 bands that share the name Mammoth and one band formerly known as Mammoth: (UK) 1. After the split of Gillan in 1982, the bearded John McCoy (bass guitar; 19 stone) recruited session musicians 'Tubby' Vinnie Reed (drums; 22 stone), 'Big' Mac Baker (guitars; 24 stone) and Nicky Moore (vocals; 20 stone and 5'6") for his solo project.
Initially christened 'Dinosaur', they changed their names after complaints from a similarly titled California blues outfit.

Clagg

Through a seven year history, Clagg have endured enormous challenges to emerge as one of Australia's leading doom and sludge bands. Building their sound upon a foundry of monstrous guitar riffs, a bludgeoning rhythm section and demonic vocals, Clagg have been persistent in spreading their evil word amid many setbacks. Following multiple line-up changes, Clagg are now at their most cohesive and crushing.

XII Boar

~ Stoner metal highs. ~ "XII Boar was formed in late February 2010 by three friends who wanted to play some kick ass rock n' roll influenced by bands like Crowbar, Down, Black Sabbath, Clutch, Motorhead and High on Fire.
They wanted to combine crushing riffs, with killer guitar solos and groove laden melodies. Released in January 2011, 'XII' is an immense slab of what XII Boar likes to call "Stoner Metal". It's available now as a free download and physical CD (available at gigs or on request).

Andrea Masetti - drums SLOWTORCH formed in Bolzano, Italy, in early 2004. Known as Godmachine at first, the band was renamed after a number of line-up changes. The style remained the same - loud, straight-in-the-face rock music with stoner influences, which has been compared to that of Clutch, Black Label Society and Black Sabbath. The band played support slots for various big names, including Ill Niño, Nick Oliveri’s Mondo Generator, Dutch heavyweights Toner Low and German krautrockers Colour Haze.

5ive

There are at least two bands named 5ive. 5ive are an instrumental band from Boston, MA formed in 2000 consisting of the duo of Ben Carr and Charlie Harrold. In 2001, 5ive released their self titled first studio album on Tortuga Recordings, which included Jeff Caxide (Isis) on bass. Later in the same year, they released their second studio album, The Telestic Disfracture, which included vocals on the first two tracks by Jonah Jenkins (Milligram).
