Bluebird
1.A folk-rock band from Mercer Island, Washington in the late 60’s ,early 70’s ,who later changed their name into Grand Theft. 2.The bird is a symbol of freedom. From "Black Bird" to "Free Bird," winged things have always been associated with autonomy and escape, and the appropriately named Los Angeles power-psych-punk band, Bluebird is an embodiment of artistic freedom. Bluebird's music and aesthetics aren't easy to define or explain.

Stinking Lizaveta

Founded in Los Angeles in the late 80's as part of the thriving hardcore scene, downset has evolved into an icon of sorts. As the original blenders of rap, funk, hardcore, punk, metal, and socially aware lyrics, they drew influences from Black Flag to Black Sabbath, Public Enemy to Bob Marley. Becoming a huge draw, the industry took notice and they caught the attention of Mercury/PolyGram Records and released their self titled debut in 1994.
Karma to Burn
Karma to Burn is an American instrumental stoner rock band. The band was formed in 1994, in Hicksville, WV (actually Morgantown, WV, though this was a running joke also reflected in bios of the band on other Web sites). Their instrumental album Almost Heathen is widely regarded as on par Kyuss' Welcome To Sky Valley and Monster Magnet's Spine of God, as one of the defining albums of the stoner rock genre, although the band themselves referred to their style as malternative.
