Mixing the fractured pop of Pavement, the frenetic power of Gang Of Four, the guitar heroics of Television, and the frustration of four misplaced mid-20s wage slaves, their tunes spill over with wistful lust and exuberant alcoholism. In September 2005, these Becks-fuelled, park-dwelling miscreants noticed the weather was getting too cold for frisbee, cricket and al fresco drinking.

Helen Love are an indie band from wales whose music is a combination of punk rock and disco dance music. They were formed by the eponymous Helen Love who claims only to listen to the music of the Ramones, from which she draws inspiration for the band's music. Their music has been covered by the likes of Ash and Tullycraft. Current members are Helen, Sheena and Beth. Past members: Gary Strickland (guitar, 1997).
Vanessa Brown (b.1983), known professionally as V.V. Brown, is an English singer, musician, and songwriter. Brown was born on 24th October 1983 in Northampton. She is the eldest of six siblings and is of Caribbean parentage, her mother and father being Jamaican and Puerto Rican. She attended Overstone Park school near Northampton, which her parents own and work at. Brown learnt to play the piano, developed her singing, and took classical and jazz piano lessons at a musical arts school which she attended at the weekend.
