QBOYID

QBoyID (pronounced Q-Boy-I-D), formed in 2007, is a four piece “eclectic electronica” band consisting of members Sean Phillips (Synths, Vocals), Ollie Sloan (Vocals, Sampler and Mixing), Nat Reading (Synth, Guitar and Bass) and Martin Rowe (Programming, Keytar). The members all have very different, but complimentary, musical backgrounds; a singer/songwriter, a born and bred classical instrumentalist, a music-lover grown up on punk, indie and extremely good taste, and a composer. Separated they are musicians, together they are QBoyID.

Charlie Haden's Liberation Music Orchestra

The Liberation Music Orchestra is a big band project by US-american jazz bassist Charlie Haden; jazz pianist Carla Bley is also one of the founders of the project. IAN PAICE! Ian Anderson Paice (born June 29, 1948; Nottingham, England) made his name as drummer with seminal heavy rock band Deep Purple. As of Jon Lord's departure in 2002, he is the only founding member of the band still performing with the group. Heavily influenced by Buddy Rich, Ian is one of the few hard rock drummers who uses swing and jazz inflections in his powerhouse style. He is also left-handed, being one of the few who play on a totally left-handed drum setup (another example is Phil Collins).

Stephen Percy Harris (born March 12, 1956 in Leytonstone, London, England) is the bassist and primary composer of the heavy metal band Iron Maiden. He founded the band as a teenager in 1975. Along with Dave Murray, they are the only members of the band that have appeared on all of the band's albums. He used to work as an architectural draftsman in the East End of London but gave up his job upon forming Iron Maiden. During the mid 1970s he was a youth team footballer for West Ham United.

Tim "Ripper" Owens

Tim 'Ripper' Owens, born as Timothy S. Owens on September 13, 1967 in Akron, Ohio. The young Ohio salesman and tribute band frontman made headlines in 1996 when from a fan he became the frontman for the British metal act Judas Priest, filling the shoes of Rob Halford (and, by doing so, inspired the movie Rock Star, which was later discredited by the band). Despite numerous rumours that Rob Halford would reunite with Judas Priest, Owens recorded two studio albums with his childhood heroes, as well as two live albums and a 2002 DVD release.

Brian Blade (born 1970 in Shreveport, Louisiana) is an American jazz drummer and composer. Brian made his first appearances as a sideman with pianist Brad Mehldau, Joshua Redman, Kenny Garrett, and continued to work as a sideman with other musicians commonly known as "young lions." As a leader, he has released three albums - Fellowship, Perceptual, and most recently, Season of Changes, his Verve Music Group debut. Season of Changes has received rave reviews and continues to grow in popularity.
