There is more than one artist with this name 1. an Australian, punk, ska punk band formed in 1994 2. A Peruvian all female Nu Metal band formed in 1999 1. Area-7 rose from the ashes of Madness cover band Mad Not Madness. In 1994 three members, Dugald McNaughtan (keyboards), Charles "Chucky T" Thompson (guitar) and Dan Morrison (drums) left the group and began to write their own songs. They formed a band and named it after a lyric from The Specials' Dawning of a New Era.

Drawing from their Byron Bay roots, and combining unique prog-rock, their live show has seen E37’s fan base explode both in Melbourne and interstate. They are a regular fixture on the Melbourne live circuit, playing alongside such acts as Mammal, Jericco and Twelve Foot Ninja.

Powerful and catchy guitar riffs met equally as well with the infectious vocal hooks that are the main stay of the Section 30 set list. Onelinedrawing

Jonah Matranga is a singer, songwriter and guitarist who has released a variety of solo material under both his own name and onelinedrawing, and has previously been part of the bands FAR, New End Original (an anagram of "onelinedrawing") and Gratitude. Much of his solo material has also been self-published, though often subsequently distributed through labels such as Crank! and Corrupted Image. However, his two full-length onelinedrawing albums, Visitor (2002) and The Volunteers (2004) were released by Jade Tree Records.

The band originally performed under the name Appertain Display but has since adopted the name Article One in honour of article one of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The group consists of Nathan Piche (vocals, guitar, and keys), Matt Piche (violin and vocals), Dave DeSmit (drums and vocals) and Mark Laidman (bass guitar). The band is currently signed under the label Inpop Records.
