Tidy Boys

Legendary Hard House pairing from Rotherham, individually known as Andy Pickles and Amadeus Mozart, a duo who through their work as pioneers of the biggest label in Hard Dance music, Tidy Traxx, have arguably long since established themselves as the most important force in the Hard Dance scene. They are famed for their energetic performances on stage while DJing and their sense of humour which has without doubt rubbed off on the whole Tidy franchise.

Ascension

(1): Perhaps lesser-known during the "holy terror" wave of the 90's, Ascension (from Cleveland, OH - probably the "holy terror" capital of the world simply due to Integrity's presence) was another band whose relationship to hardcore was fairly minimal from a musical standpoint, as their riffing was very directly influenced by straight up thrash metal - while still retaining a certain level of that undeniably effective 90's chug.

Ché Armstrong

Ché Armstrong is an up-and-coming DJ from Newcastle upon Tyne and the owner/manager of Neuroscience Recordings. With a lifelong passion for music, DJing was an obvious path for Ché to take. His progression from a bedroom DJ started with regular sets at after parties, playing quality upfront trance and progressive. However, Ché’s talents didn’t go unnoticed and he quickly progressed to some of Newcastle’s smaller trance nights. Ché soon gained an excellent reputation, not only for his music, but for the professionalism and enthusiasm that came with him.

The Peppermint Lounge

"Samples, electronic drum kit, trumpets and turntables; their sound is a lush concoction across genres. Hip-hop type beats supplement gloomy electronic rumblings and stabs of melody are prepared over the top, creating a busy yet subtle environment... It's good to see a band thinking about inventiveness, The Peppermint Lounge are ones to delve further into." -Tom Keighley (Leeds Music Scene) 6/11/09

Changer

About Changer In November 1999, drummer Kristjan B. Heidarsson grew tired of the musical direction of his band, Shiva, and decided to do a solo project in order to get ideas out of his head. This was the birth of Changer, which remained a one man project for the time being.
In January 2000 Kristjan recorded Changer's first album, January 109, on his own, with the help of his friend Adalsteinn Mar Bjornsson. January 109 was released in only 50 handnumbered copies through Hardkjarni Records in February.
