THE CUT UPS played their first show on December 23rd 2004, and are still waiting to play their last. Their debut LP “Paris Street In Ruins” came out on their own label All Gone Wrong in 2006, and their new album ("Let's Hit The Streets" ...title tbc) is going to be released on Household Name Records in late 2008. Gene October is an English punk rock musician and occasional actor. He has been lead singer of the band Chelsea since 1976. Prior to forming the band, he worked as a gay porn star. October was instrumental in the creation of legendary punk venue The Roxy, persuading the manager of gay London nightclub "Shageramas" to convert the club to cater for a punk clientele.
Desaparecidos was a short-lived American quintet formed in 2001 in Omaha, Nebraska, fronted by Conor Oberst (vocals, guitar) and featuring Denver Dalley, now of Statistics (guitar), Landon Hedges, now of Little Brazil (bass), Ian McElroy (keyboards), and Matt Baum (drums). This project however was restarted in 2010. Oberst may be better known for his confessional songwriting and storytelling as the lead singer of the popular indie folk band Bright Eyes, but Desaparecidos has a very different flavor.
Kitchencore From Liverpool The band is called the Dinner Ladies after Pete's mum who was a Dinner Lady, wounded in action Oakfield School Widnes 1968.
