Forming in 1998, STR were a powerhouse that blended punk rock, pop punk and hardcore with a devout Christian theme. Their latest release is "Hopes For Hire" and they disbanded in 2005 to pursue other projects.

The scene is small town South Carolina. The highlights include Super Wal-Mart’s grand opening, dinner at the pizza buffet with the football team, and a makeshift skate park in an abandoned warehouse. But just outside the county limits, three friends—Matt Langston, Jonathan Stephens, and Caleb Satterfield—have turned one of their parent’s living rooms into a practice space for their band.

The Side Project

The Side Project are a pop punk band from Washburn, Wisconsin. They released a 7-inch in 2009 called "New Brain" and a split 7-inch with The Transgressions in 2010 called "Stop Wasting My Time," both on Traffic Street Records. There's also an acoustic rock/progressive/hip hop group from Metro Detroit called SideProject.

Wolf & Cub

Wolf & Cub are an alternative rock band from Adelaide, Australia that formed in 2002. Three of the original members hail from Port Augusta, South Australia. Their music is predominantly psychedelic with elements of funk. The four-piece are signed to legendary record label 4AD. An interesting aspect of the band's music and aesthetic is their use of two drummers. This allows the percussive elements of their music to feature more prominently alongside the guitar.

LEADTHEWAY (Pronounced Lead-The-Way or sometimes reffered to as LTW for short) is a melodic hardcore/punk band from Wakefield, UK. They formed in 2002 after the demise of previous bands Onset and Jon Doe's with original members Adam Hanley, Dave Baugh , Paul Geary and Steve Hawthorn. Their music is characterisedby catchy melodies, fast pace, crazy guitar hooks and socially consicous lyrics. They released their demo "Born to bear their burden" in 2002 on their own label Onset Records.

Protex

There are 2 bands with the name Protex:
1) A punk band from Belfast, Ireland, formed in 1978.
2) A punk band from Cluj, Romania, formed in 1993. 1) In 1977, four schoolfriends formed the Incredibly Boring Band and did a few gigs playing covers of Thin Lizzy and Dr Feelgood songs. However, they were soon smitten by the punk bug and decided that they wanted to play energic pop like the Buzzcocks and the Ramones.
