Victor Herrero

Víctor Herrero was introduced to music in his childhood, studying Gregorian and Mozarabic chant under the guidance of Benedictine monks (while living in Franco’s infamous monastery El Valle de los Caídos). Joining the abbey’s boys’ choir he performed internationally and was featured in the soundtrack and as an extra in the Belgian independent film ‘Farinelli’ (Gérard Corbiau, 1994). Around this time he began studying the classical guitar.

Captain Ahab

Captain Ahab is an electropop duo based in Los Angeles, California. They refer to their sound, a DIY take on dance music, as ravesploitation. The band is made up of Jonathan Snipes and Jim Merson. A typical Captain Ahab live performance consists of playback of recorded beats from a computer and vigorous singing by both members of the band. While performing, members of Captain Ahab are usually partially undressed, covered in sweat, and constantly forcing themselves into physical contact with members of the audience.

Vector Lovers

Vector Lovers is the moniker used by electronic music producer Martin Wheeler of the United Kingdom. Wheeler is described by the soma label as a "computer nerd" and "80s-obsessed knob-twiddler" and creates music which falls into the intelligent dance music (IDM) and electro genres. His music has been compared to and is influenced by such acts as Kraftwerk and Depeche Mode. “Vector Lovers has hit on a sound that’s more relevant than 99% of modern electronic music…inspirational, essential and as much a landmark release as Hacker & Kittens ‘Frank Sinatra’" Richard Brophy (DJ magazine).

Electrixx

Let’s talk about Electrixx, a project, that’s born with a lot of names. So there’s Erikk aka Tiefenrausch, who met Stigma 23 aka Monolith aka Electronic Bitch - these two guys started in the beginning
of 2003 a Live Project named Electrixx. Over nine years of experiences in the music business was the reason for the excellent start with many releases in a very short time. 2004 they released their first hit “Frequenzstörung”...

Proxy

There are three artists/bands named Proxy. The first: Russian electronic/techno DJ & producer 'THE PROXY
. The Proxy releases on Tiga's Turbo Recordings ('Destroy' EP, 'Decoy' EP, 'Dance in Dark' EP in 2008 and 'Who are you/8000' EP in 2009). His debut LP is announced for 2010. His Myspace is http://www.myspace.com/useproxy The second: an Edinburgh-based three piece pop-punk band, gigging regularly since 2004. The band released a 4 track EP (Tigershaped) in 2005 and are recording a full length album to be released in 2009.

Findo Gask

Gregory and Gerard have been in bands together since they met at St Andrew’s High School, Kirkcaldy, Fife. Gregory and Michael went to Fife Youth Orchestra together (all the band also have some classical training.) In 2005, an early incarnation of the band released a split seven inch with Errors (currently recording for Mogwai’s Rock Action label), produced by Gavin Thomson (of local band Flying Matchstick Men, who also featured Graeme Ronald, aka Remember Remember).
