Sessions is a five-piece groove metal band from Northern Virginia consisting of Lance Titus, Sahand Manafi, John Sessions, Harrison Watkins and Alex LePelch. Each individual has put forth time and effort that creates a huge sound and a very tight live band. As musicians, they care deeply about their product and about their current and future fan base.

A Band founded in Aberdeen, Scotland Early 2009. Using influences from many different genres of music, the style revolves around progressive metal with a hint of seven and six string djent, as well as incorporating a lot of ambient styles and sometimes an electronic twist. You Already Know as an instrumental band came to exist in 2008. Instrumental Progressive Post-Metal. As far as wanky genre's go, we're backing a winner! We're a heavy math-metal goliath with an indie pop band trapped inside, crying. Like if Tool sexed with Mogwai, and King Crimson stirred the porridge. Sounds ghastly, but we make a good collection of noises arranged in various ways. We've all got some pretty strong musical ties to the 90's, so bands like Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam and Soundgarden shaped us all in some way.

There are 11 known bands with the name Titan: 1) Canadian hardcore band based in Toronto, ON. A union between the severity of hardcore and technical mastery/sinister malice of metal, maintaining roots consistent with traditional Canadian hardcore established by the likes of Union Of Uranus, Buried Inside and Cursed. EPs include The Chrysanthemum Pledge and most recent critically-acclaimed leveler Colossus EP.
