Straight Edge

Everything started in the summer of 2005, when Nick and Massimiliano (Sentence's member) decided to begin a new project, a new band, focused on a common message, but it was just an idea, nothing of really concrete. After a couple of months Enrico (Sentence's member) joined the band and we started to write a couple of songs, but the problem was not resolved. We couldn't find a drummer for almost 1 year...but one day, Raffaele (Ex Reprisal) joined with us, and the line up was almost completed.

There are three artists called Bane: 1) Bane is a hardcore band from Worcester, Massachusetts. They began as a side project between Aaron Dalbec (then of Converge) and Damon Bellardo. Aaron approached Matt Firestone to sing and they played under the moniker of Gateway for a few shows, before Firestone departed to focus on other projects. Dalbec then approached Aaron Bedard (who had previously sang for the Worcester, Massachusetts hardcore band Backbone) about singing for Bane. They went into the studio in December 1995 with a few friends and released a 5-song demo.

WAIT IN VAIN has emerged in the Northwest as one of the most dynamic bands in the hardcore scene today. Their passion, intensity, and anger is spreading like wild fire worldwide. The band, as described by former TRIAL frontman Greg Bennick, "is both a reminder of the past and a vision of what is to come: the return of hardcore that feels dangerous and potentially lethal to the status quo."
