Mungolian Jet Set

The Mungolian Jet Set have landed! After a four-year journey through time and space, Paul “Strangefruit” Nyhus, Reidar Skar and their crew have returned, bringing many treasures back for the less adventurous to savour. The album begins with the burning rush of re-entering the atosphere, hurtling towards the grounding of a beat beneath dualing keyboards, before relaunching through alien rapping, raunchy hard blues, Milesian jazz, atmospheric terror mixed with Zappaesque dry humour, manic DJ spins

Tuesday Born

London based producer, pianist and vocalist. Afro Electronica. Gabriel Benn, 21, cultivated his love for Ghanaian music through his 7 visits to the country between 2009-2012. After making connections with a network of local musicians and producers, the vibrancy and energy of Accra permeated through his music and created a wonderful hybrid of African influenced etherial electronica. Based in Sheffield, and one half of The Busy Twist, the infectious intercontinental fusion of sounds that he creates is a unique and fascinating mix; Gabriel, it seems, has found a harmonious niche.

The Third Degree

1) A group of session musicians paired with vocalist Jon Allen to rerecord a track called "Mercy." 2) Out of the ashes of nothing in particular, not really a revival of anything, and not claiming allegiance to any stodgy point of view, The Third Degree is rather quite an original band in a rather rehashed market. They're punk, and aside from a rather healthy affinity towards skateboarding, their style of music is not geared toward some predefined mold, but is rather the logical result of three active participants in the Orange County...

Rockethead

Rockethead is stirring up the electro-scene since 2008 with a blend of vintage sounds & modern technology. 2012 saw the release of "At the Busstop" on Red Robot Records / UK &
"Crazy People" on Chocolat Soul Records / Spain Some remixes of Rockethead-tracks can already be found throughout the Internet and propell their way further into the terran cyberspace. He's the guy for a night full of colorful music, always walking on the thin line between science-fiction & the swinging charm of the twenties.
