The Tigers

There are at least three bands with the name the Tigers. The most widely known of these are The Tigers (ザ・タイガース), who were Japan’s most popular band of the Group Sounds era. The group featured a singer named Kenji Sawada, and were signed to Watanabe Productions. The group was first named Funnys and was formed in 1966. They changed their name to "The Tigers" on their first TV performance on 15 November 1966. They appeared in several Japanese movies in the late 1960s.

Susie Hug

SUSIE HUG - BIOGRAPHY The Travis messageboard is a busy place. Fans share gossip they've heard about the band's new, or last, records; discuss the advisability of in-studio webcams; compare lists of Top Ten shows; rubbish rumours, start new ones, laugh at this or that haircut or style faux-pas. Very often, they talk about songs. Which ones are best live, are easiest to sing when you're drunk, make you cry/smile/sick.

No Warning Shot

Location: Bristol, South West UK
Genre: Hardcore No Warning Shot was started in mid 2002 by Toby (Guitar/vVcals) and Merv (Vocals) with no real intention of taking the project any further than Toby's 8 track. Fed up with the current state of pretty boy "core" bands and easy scene bullshit, the duo released a 6 track mini album which they circulated for free. Among the many listeners bleeding from the ears were the fine organisers of the infamous "Uxfest" who approached Toby to enquire about the possibilities of No Warning Shot performing .

Artist Type:

the magic words

When the "lo-fi," amateurishly recorded aesthetic became popular in the Indie world, some of the charm was lost, as musicians began to go for a "sound," missing out on the fact that the appeal of the recordings was more in the uncomplicated way they were presented. Lo-fi originators/popularizers constructed songs on their four-track recorders with seemingly no sense that they would ever reach the public.

Hell Crab City

Sydney, Australia band, Hell Crab City do rough and tumble pub-rock n' roll. Featuring ex-members from The New Christs, Panadolls, WWXXIV, Jim Cobain, and S-Bahn, their debut album "Nicotine Blues" is relentless garage-punk, rocknroll. Loud, dirty and nasty. In 2010 the band released its second album, "Full Bore" on Turkeyneck Records. Miles ahead of their debut in sound and balls out ferocity. Dual guitars blazing over the top of a powerhouse rhythm section.
