Michael Palin

Member of the British comedy group Monty Python, Michael Palin is the inventor of the threat "If you don't cooperate, I will get nasty and start using some Dutch words". He wrote and appeared in the "Do Not Adjust Your Set" show in the 1960s with Terry Gilliam, Terry Jones and Eric Idle, before the quartet was eventually joined by John Cleese and Graham Chapman to form Monty Python. Michael is known as the nicest Python.

Dave Gorman

Dave Gorman is an author, documentary comedian, photographer, and humorist. He is most famous for comedy shows on stage and TV in which he tells stories of extreme adventures and presents the evidence to the audience in order to prove to them that, unlike in most other stage presentations, they are true stories. He is a former stand-up comedian. He hosts a BBC Radio 4 show called Genius, in which members of the public submit suggestions to make a better world. Gorman and a guest then assess the idea in order to determine whether it qualifies as "genius".

The Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy began as a science fiction comedy radio series written by Douglas Adams (with some material in the first series provided by John Lloyd). It was originally broadcast in the United Kingdom over the BBC, soon followed by global short wave broadcast over the BBC World Service, in 1978. Broadcasting by National Public Radio (one of their first to occur in stereo) in the United States followed in March, 1981, with a repeat broadcast in September. The following year, 1982, the BBC series was carried by CBC Radio (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation).

Steve Taylor

Roland Stephen Taylor (born December 9, 1957) is an American singer, songwriter, and director born in Brawley, California, and reared in Denver, Colorado. Taylor's life took an unusual turn in 1979 when he was first of the 100 chosen, from 20,000 applicants, to spend the summer at John Davidson's summer camp. At the camp, Taylor spent time learning from singers like Tony Orlando, Florence Henderson, and John Davidson. Also that year, Taylor heard one of his biggest influences, The Clash's London Calling. "It saved my life, musically," said Taylor.

Frenzal Rhomb is an Australian rock band that formed in 1992, in Sydney, Australia. A long-standing institution in Sydney music scene but with a national and international base of fans, Frenzal have consistently nurtured new generations of young fans through endless touring, festival appearances and all ages shows. With a sound that is most often characterized as 'California pop/punk', the band is overtly left-wing political and known for their humorous, savage and insightful lyrics.

Mr Sidebottom is an comedian/artiste from Timperley, a suburb of Manchester. He writes comic songs about things he loves; notably football, space, Paul McCartney and how wonderful Timperley is. He also specialises in producing definitive covers of Queen songs. He plays the keyboard and sings from within his giant papier-mache head. He has recently made an animated film called 'Frank's World'.
