Twelves Trio

Riaan Vosloo, Mark Hanslip & Tim Giles are Twelves Trio. They have recently been joined by Rob Uptergraff on guitar, thus rendering their name a tautology. They are therefore thinking of changing their name to just "The Twelves" for the purpose of clarity - any thoughts on this important matter will be gratefully received. An new acoustic album is to be recorded in May, which is sure to be to a great success. An electronic album is also in the works, more details soon.

Barzin

Barzin is a Canadian singer-songwriter named Barzin Hosseini. Slow and melancholic, introspective and confessional: These words in some ways describe the sound of Barzin. A project that began sometime in 1995, Barzin was a solo endeavor at its inception. But somewhere along the way it shed its solitary skin allowing a wide array of characters into it’s sound. From amongst a rotating cast of musicians, who occasionally made appearances on recordings and at performances, three individuals slowly became a fixture of this project.

The Burning Hell

The Burning Hell is the alter-ego of songwriter and ukulele-slinger Mathias Kom. Loosely based in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada, The Burning Hell has toured back and forth across Canada and Europe since 2007, playing everywhere from festivals to bars to living rooms - and once even a mental asylum in rural France. The band has garnered acclaim for their hyperactive live shows and their caustic yet sincere lyrics, believing as they do that songs about the inevitability of death can also be fun to dance to.
