Repulsion

Repulsion are a legendary band hailed as being one of the biggest influences on the grindcore genre, despite only releasing one official full length album entitled "Horrified" in 1989 (recorded in 1986). The band formed in 1984 under the name Genocide, releasing three demos with this name. Later, they changed the name to the more "fitting name" for their style of music and lyrical content, which is Repulsion.

Psycho

There is more than one band by this name. The best known Psycho was started in 1981 by Johnny X (Guitar) and Bill Normal (Bass) in Boston, MA. The band has gone through numerous lineup changes over the years with the current lineup being Johnny X (Guitar), Ed Lynch (Bass), Charlie Infection (Drums) and Cody Molest (Vocals). Their sound has changed over the years from standard punk ('81-83), to hardcore punk ('84-'91), to hardcore punk/grind ('92-'94), back to hardcore punk (present time). Tombstones

There are at least two bands by the name Tombstones. See also: The Tombstones. 1) A doom metal/stoner rock band from Oslo, Norway.
2) A death metal band from the US. 1) Tombstones consist of three men from the darkest of woods in eastern Norway. Based in Oslo, music has been played since 2006. Their new album, Year of the Burial, redefines their formula of down-tuned heaviness. Their doom is darker, filthier, heavier and more consistent.
