Scratcha

Scratcha (aka DVA) is a Grime Producer from East London. He has been producing and DJing within the music industry since he left school in 1998. His former DJ name was 'Scratch', when he was mixing with D Double E, but, on Double's recommendation, changed his name to 'Scratcha'. Renowned as one of the most innovative producers in his scene, DVA has worked with and recorded vocals for 99% of the top UK urban acts.

(1) 2011, starting the year with a bang. Aged 20, Gemini 'Thomas Slinger' will make his mark on the dubstep scene with his debut EP 'Blue' on Inspected Recordings. Hitting dancefloors worldwide the 'Blue' EP is a blend of new and original material set to be a part of a unique driving force empowering electronic music to a new level. Currently in his final year at the University of Leeds with only months to go, Gemini is already working on his second EP entitled 'Graduation' set to drop Summer 2011.

1) DOT (Dakota Oak Trio) was one of the early bands from the Twisted Nerve label out of Manchester. It was comprised of Jimmy Wright, James Rutledge(Pedro), and Dave Tyack who also recorded solo under Dakota Oak and died in 2003 after disappearing for several months. 2) doT is a hip-hop/rap artist from Switzerland. He released his first EP called 'Prolog EP' in May 08, free and legally downloadable here.

Having discovered Dubstep in 2007, DFRNT jumped at the opportunity to try his hand at production. He had worked on a number of styles in the past, all developing out of his previous production work on mashups and bootlegs. Within a few weeks, he had worked up a furious remix of Dead Prez’s “Hip Hop” and with a solid base of feedback, decided to work on a number of entirely original tracks. His previous production work under other aliases, (including mixtapes, mashups, unofficial remixes and original production from chill-out stuff...

Basic Soul Unit aka Stuart Li - originally from Hong Kong - is now situated in Toronto, Canada.
