Matt Forde

A sharp brain, a quick wit and an infectious laugh are the hallmarks of Matt Forde. Currently featuring as a regular weekly host on Jon Richardson Show on BBC 6 Music Matt started his comedy career at the age of 16 at his home town gig Just The Tonic in Nottingham in 1998. He showed early promise and performed occasionally in the midlands until reaching the later stages of many new act competitions including the 'So You Think You are Funny?' semi finals in Edinburgh in 2002.

Monty Python

Monty Python is a comedy troupe of 4 Englishmen (John Cleese, Graham Chapman, Michael Palin, Eric Idle), 1 Welshman (Terry Jones) and 1 American (Terry Gilliam), best known for their legendary and influential sketch comedy show "Monty Python's Flying Circus" (which ran for four seasons from 1969 to 1974). Antony Gordon Hawksworth, better known as Tony Hawks, is an English comedian, author and philanthropist. He is frequently confused with Tony Hawk, largely because the latter's video game franchise uses the possessive apostrophe ("Tony Hawk's"). Jimmy Carr

Carr was born in Slough, Berkshire to Irish parents and was educated at Burnham Grammar and later at the Royal Grammar School, High Wycombe where he achieved 4 A grades at A-level, before going on to receive a 2:1 degree in Social and Political Sciences from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge. After leaving Cambridge, Carr was hired by the oil company Shell as a marketing executive, a job which he described as "the easiest job in the world".
