Gary Grice (born August 22, 1966), better known by his stage name GZA (pronounced /ˈdʒɪzə/) and The Genius, is an American hip hop artist best known as a founding member of the seminal hip hop group the Wu-Tang Clan and for his inclusion on their group albums, his group mates' solo releases and a successful solo career. When it comes to thought provoking, street-bred raw lyricism, the Wu-Tang Clan's fountain of wisdom, GZA takes his job very seriously. The way he crafts his double-edged rhyme flow mirrors the skill and precise technique of one who works with fine ceramics.

The RZA (pronounced Rizza, born Robert Diggs) is an American producer, rapper and the de facto leader of the hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan. He was also a member of the group Gravediggaz. Cory McKay (born 1970 in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn) , better known as Cormega or "MC Cor", is an American emcee best known for his vivid and poignant narratives about inner-city life. Cormega came up as part of the early-'90s Queensbridge, Queens, New York scene that also fostered such name acts as Nas and Mobb Deep, among many others (not to mention the preceding generation of artists affiliated with Marley Marl and the Juice Crew).

Theodore Unit is a hip hop collective featuring various rappers from the Stapleton area in Staten Island, NY. The group is headed by Ghostface and features the following core members; Du-Lilz, Shawn Wiggs, Solomon Childs, Cappadonna, Trife Da God and Kryme Life.

Thier debut album 718 (2004) was met with a fair amount critical acclaim due to its 'grimey ass' lyrics.

Ghostface

Dennis Coles (born May 9, 1970 in Staten Island, New York), better known by the stage name Ghostface Killah, is an American rapper. Ghostface first rose to fame as a member of the Wu-Tang Clan hip hop collective. After the group achieved breakthrough success in the early-mid 1990s, each member was free to pursue solo careers; Ghostface's would turn out to be one of the most critically and commercially successful of the group, regardless of, and perhaps due to, his loyalty to his obscure yet highly vivid lyrics and 1970's soul sound.

Cilvaringz is one of the few hip hop artists from Europe (Born in Dordrecht, the Netherlands) who managed to turn his dream into reality. Hip hop music first came to his attention at the age of 13. In 1993, a player on his basketball team played him a tape of the Wu-Tang Clan and Cilvaringz fell in love with the music. In 1995 the Clan hit the peak of their success and was showing itself to be continually growing.

Raekwon

Corey Woods (born January 12, 1970), known by his stage name Raekwon, is an American East Coast rapper and a member of the Wu-Tang Clan. Raekwon may not have achieved the solo stardom of his fellow Wu-Tang Clan members Method Man, Ol' Dirty Bastard or RZA but along with Genius/GZA and frequent partner Ghostface Killah, he's done some of the most critically acclaimed work outside the confines of the group. His 1995 album Only Built 4 Cuban Linx... is widely considered to be one of the best Wu-Tang solo albums, and one of the finest and most influential hip hop albums of the 1990s.
