Jana Hunter is a songwriter and musician, and was born in Texas. She is now(2010) based in Baltimore. She has recently(2009) formed a new band named Lower Dens and toured the USA with Future Islands(2010). She is signed to Gnomonsong, a record label run by Devendra Banhart and Vetiver's Andy Cabic. Her solo debut album Blank Unstaring Heirs of Doom was the label's debut release. She later completed her second album "There's No Home" as well as "Carrion EP".

Formed above a North London post office in October 2006, The Magic Lantern take their inspiration from the heartfelt stories of folk, the spirit of jazz and the experimental openness of contemporary music before filtering it through their own lyrical and narrative sensibility. With an immediately arresting sound, starting with the voice and the lyrics it carries but swiftly leading to rumbling bass clarinet growls, delicate cello plucks, swooping guitar slides and crashing percussion slaps, The Magic Lantern excel at wringing emotion from the strangest places...

Rieflin comes from the opposite side of the world to Willcox and Wong, and from radically different musical backgrounds, they are bringing together life times of musical experience. THE HUMANS live show is song based but the songs are deconstructed down to the bones of raw experience exposing human nature and irony.

Bridie Jackson & The Arbour are from Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK . They launched their début album, Bitter Lullabies, with a sold-out show at The Sage Gateshead in January 2012.
