There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Helix is a heavy metal band that formed in 1974 for a Battle of the Bands contest in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada and is best known for their 1984 single "Rock You". The original lineup consisted of singer Brian Vollmer, guitarists Brent Doerner and Paul Hackman, bassist Keith Zurbrigg and drummer Brian Doerner. In 1992, Hackman died when the group's van rolled down a 40-foot enbankment after a concert in Vancouver.

The brainchild of childhood friends Jorge Ledezma (guitars, keyboards) and Gabi Meszaros (bass, keyboards) who began making home recordings and sound collages in the early 90's.

2) Jailbait is a sleaze rock band from Sweden with a line up of musicians brought together from the splitting of two of Swedish bands, Sharp and Foxey. They previously went under the temporary name of T.I.T.S and performed a debut show at the Rest In Sleaze festival in 2008. Since then the band have released a new single “We Are The Revolution” and another song (found on the bands myspace) titled “We Own The Night”.

DJ Eclipse, renowned indie Hip Hop tastemaker, first gained national notoriety while djing for 3rd Bass front man MC Serch in the early 90's. His reputation grew in the mid 90's by filling in for Stretch Armstrong on his weekly 89.9 radio show on WKCR and then later for Mayhem on 89.1 WNYU. He joined Wild Pitch Records in '94 and became the National Director of Retail Promotion until their closing in '95.

(1) Seduction, an American proto Pop/R&B girl group who had a handful of hits during the late 80s and early 90s. Seduction hailed from New York, and were assembled & produced by Clivilles and Cole of C+C Music Factory, consisting of members Idalis DeLeon (born 15 June 1966), April Harris (born 25 March 1967) and Michelle Visage (born 20 September 1968). Originally intended as a studio project, Seduction’s second single “You’re My One and Only (True Love)” featured uncredited lead vocals by Martha Wash.
