Bee Gees

The Bee Gees, originally made up of three brothers: Barry Gibb, Robin Gibb (died 2012), and Maurice Gibb (died 2003), have been successful for most of their 40-plus years of recording music. They had two distinct periods of exceptional success: as a pop act in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and as a foremost act of the disco music era in the late 1970s. The Gibb brothers were born on the Isle of Man, UK to English parents in 1946 (Barry Alan Crompton Gibb, September 1) and 1949 ( twins Robin Hugh Gibb and Maurice (pronounced "Morris") Ernest Gibb, December 22).

What do Sting, Pat Benatar, Aretha Franklin, George Benson,
Government Mule, and Pink Floyd all have in common? In
addition to the obvious fact that each has enjoyed massive commercial
success, all of those artists are fortunate enough to have
availed themselves of the vocal talents of singer/songwriter and
guitarist Machan. Now, with the release of Motion of Love on
NuGroov Records, Machan is truly stepping out from the background

Artist Type:

Roy Ayres

Born September 10th in Los Angeles California; Roy Ayres was once one of the most visible and sought after Jazz Stars that I was introduced to in my teens. The word Vibraphonist is used for him in the 60's.... an R & B Bandleader in the 70's and 80's... people often misunderstand how important Roy's contribution to Jazz was... not to mention how he aided teenage boys in knowing what vibe to use on the opposite sex.
