Last Dinosaurs are a band hailing from the magical land of Brisbane, Australia. They consist of Sean Caskey (vox/guitar) Lach Caskey (guitar) Danjuro Koyama (drums) and Sam Gethin-Jones (bass).
1) Formed in Melbourne, Australia in 1988, after 20 years, The Fauves, continue to be one of Australia's most unique bands. Although sonically nondescript, Fauves' song are typically wry, ironic, hyper-literate, biopsies of the broadest range of topics. Comprised of four school friends: Andrew Dyer, Adam Newey, Andrew Cox and Phil Leonard, the Fauves emerged from one of Melbourne's grittier suburbs, Frankston only to find major label support early in their career.
In their short time in Brisbane, Arcade Made have been delivering their edgy, infectious brand of indie rock to an ever growing city fan base. Their talents have not gone unnoticed, being picked up as one of Triple J's Unearthed High Finalists. In 2012 Arcade Made have commenced recording their Debut E.P, ehich we expect to see released later in the ytear. The Happy Endings have just completed their full length debut album with renown producer Forrester Savell, who has worked with the likes of The Spazzys, Helmet, The Butterfly Effect, Karnivool, Sunk Loto and Gavin Rossdale, this will be released to co-incide with an Australian national tour in April 2008. Missy Higgins (born Melissa Morrison Higgins on August 19, 1983, in Melbourne, Australia) is one of Australia's most popular female singer-songwriters. Missy (Melissa) was thrust into the limelight in her homeland when her sister entered Missy into a competition, which she won. The competition was conducted by the national alternative broadcaster, Triple J. Although she was still in high school, her song All For Believing quickly became one of the station's most requested tracks of 2001.
