Rregula

Rregula is the stage name of Ross Deschamp, a Drum and Bass DJ and producer. Based out of Perth, Western Australia, he started making Drum & Bass in 2001 after listening to the sounds of Sinthetix, Rob F, Skynet, SKC, Cause 4 Concern, and Black Sun Empire. Following his first taste of an Akai sampler to drop film samples on the intros of songs in his metal band, The Dirty Whittler, Rregula eventually found himself drawn into the world of drum and bass and formed one half of BaD RoBoT in 2003, a monster collaboration with future Technique and Viper superstar, Phetsta.

Hailing straight from lower Austria the four men collective FOURWARD started out producing music in early 2007. The boys knew each other for quite a while and shared the love and passion for drumandbass music .It was kinda like a fun thing when they played around with making some tunes at the beginning .
But soon their production skills improved very quickly and people around them started to take notice of their musical output and it turned into something more serious. For them it was
always a main issue not to stick to any particular tiny subgenre only, but to develop a sound

Black Sun Empire

Black Sun Empire is the stage name of a team of Dutch disc jockeys, Drum & Bass (mostly Neurofunk) and Dubstep producers Rene Verdult and brothers Milan Heyboer and Micha Heyboer. Based out of Utrecht, Netherlands, they started making drum and bass in 1995 when they got turned on to the likes of artist such as Photek, LTJ Bukem, and Ed Rush. Before that they were into techno and breaks. After having a few releases on smaller record labels, they managed to get the attention of bigger producers like Trace, currently known for his DSCI4 label.

Magi

Magi were a tough high energy rock outfit from Northern Indiana in the mid-'70s. They attracted huge crowds whenever they played live. Often compared with Led Zeppelin, this 5-piece band possessed a tight and raw sound that combined in-your-face hard rock with undisguised psychedelic tendencies and lashings of fuzz. The band was well-appreciated for its excellent guitar work, and in the right place and time these guys could have been major. One song is about running out of weed. Recorded at Uncle Dirty's in Michigan.

Cause 4 Concern

Cause 4 Concern (C4C) is a drum and bass recording and production group, consisting of Ed Holmes, Mark Clements, Stuart Perkins, and Toby Bu. Founded in 1999, the group initially signed with Moving Shadow label under the alias nCode. Soon, however, the group changed its name to Cause 4 Concern and started their own record label, Cause 4 Concern Recordings, primarily for releasing their own material. Since 1999, Cause 4 Concern produced over 30 releases of their own material, mostly on untitled 2-track 12" vinyl records.

Phetsta

Whetu Kay aka Phetsta was introduced to the D & B sound during his final year of High School in 2000 after relocating from New Zealand to Perth, Australia. Tracks such as Ed Rush & Optical's "Locuste", BC's "Inside the Machine" and Konflict's releases on RenegadeHardware instantly appealed to him. The following year he started producing his own tracks and never looked back. After writing solo and DJ'ing around Perth, he joined forces with Ross Deschamp aka Rregula (former guitarist of WAMI Award winning band "The Dirty Whittler") to form Bad Robot in 2004.

Phace & Misanthrop

Phace is the alias used by Florian Harres, a drum and bass producer and label owner from Germany. With long time friend Michael Braeuninger, more widely known as Misanthrop, they both teamed up to create the record label, Neosignal, in 2008. This establishment was followed by the release of a worldly acclaimed album, From Deep Space, in 2010, accompanied with several singles. Phace & Misanthop's music trends within the neurofunk sub-genre of drum and bass, and are well known for their atmospheric and powerful tracks.

Teebee

AKA DJ Teebee, a Norwegian DJ and producer of the drum n bass style of dance music. Real name Torgeir Byrknes, Teebee began DJing in 1990 and released his first record in 1996. He was one of the first drum n bass producers from outside the UK to rise to the A-list of the scene, and won the Knowledge Magazine award for Best International Producer in 2001. Teebee's music is characterized by a strong dark and futuristic science fiction influence. Teebee material could be classed as neurofunk or techstep, although possessing a deeper ambient and atmospheric quality than much of this sub-genre.
