Cause 4 Concern

Cause 4 Concern (C4C) is a drum and bass recording and production group, consisting of Ed Holmes, Mark Clements, Stuart Perkins, and Toby Bu. Founded in 1999, the group initially signed with Moving Shadow label under the alias nCode. Soon, however, the group changed its name to Cause 4 Concern and started their own record label, Cause 4 Concern Recordings, primarily for releasing their own material. Since 1999, Cause 4 Concern produced over 30 releases of their own material, mostly on untitled 2-track 12" vinyl records.

Ed Rush & Optical

Both Ed Rush and Optical are the co-heads of a drum and bass record label called Virus Recordings, based in London, UK. Both have earned acclaim separately, with Optical engineering tracks on Goldie and Grooverider's albums and releasing some excellent solo tunes on the likes of Prototype, 31, and Metro. Ed Rush also has countless releases, notably on No U-Turn, where he and Nico first emphasized the dark era of drum and bass with the masterpiece album Torque, and Metalheadz, where he produced such classics as "The Raven" and "Locust".

There are several artists using the name Trigger: 1.) Trigger are a rock band (female fronted) from Serbia. They can be found at http://www.myspace.com/bandtrigger. They have just released their first studio album called 'Ljubav' (Love).

Nymfo

Nymfo has been apart of Drum and Bass for well over a decade, a mastermind and organizer of one of the number one events in the Netherlands, Red Zone and ICON, which attracted some of the scenes biggest names. On top of these events he would also hold intimate events show casing the deeper vibes of Drum and Bass, keeping his hand on all aspects of the sound he loved. Over the last 12 years, Nymfo has been immersed in deejaying, from his own events to headlining shows around Europe and the world, Nymfo was seen as one of the most talented up and coming deejays in the scene.

1. Sweden's IDENTITY existed during that perceived hardcore void from late '80s to early '90s, a time that the closed minded claim produced no bands worth listening to. The closed minded are wrong, and IDENTITY is a prime example - this is the standard to which modern "melodic hardcore" should be held. Brilliant tuneful guitar leads throughout and hooks that border on melancholy, while the music blasts onward with few breaks in tempo ("Can I Really Trust Your Words?" is about as mid tempo as they get, and the kids could still pit to that one pretty easily).
