Manticore

Manticore was formed in 2000 by members Ixitichitl, The Maggot Wrangler and Satanael, to express their ideology and play the kind of music they wanted to hear: unholy black death metal done without compromise. In January of 2001, the band recorded the Ritual Cleansing of the Whore demo, which was later re-released on CD and vinyl by Breath of Night/Merciless Records. In January of 2002, Manticore returned to the studio to record its first album, entitled Bowels of the Holy Anoint Us in Evil, to be released later through Warhammer Records.
