South Londoner Jessie Ware is one of the most exciting vocalists to emerge from the UK underground. The last couple of years have seen the glamorous vocalist collaborating with some of the most respected producers on the electronic spectrum. Jessie caused waves through out the scene in 2010 when she lent her vocals to masked producer SBTRKT for his fantastically catchy and squelchy track Nervous. This year she has worked with Bristol dubstep producer Joker on the ominous and thunderous lead single The Vision from his debut album The Vision (4AD).

This is a band that has set out to continue the legacy of the big names of rock'n'roll - Johnny Cash, the Cramps, Elvis, Bo Diddley, Hasil Adkins - setting to music stories of damned souls. Though not known for being an exciting country, they are indeed from Belgium, and they do indeed manage to whip up an atmosphere of wild debauchery at all their gigs. Their performances are hot and spicy, frequently involving nudity, alongside their stomping bluesy rock'n'roll tunes. You'll drink up their sound and the atmosphere to the last drop.
Jungle by Night is a young and swinging, promising band from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Friends, family and former strangers form a nine-headed ensemble, which is the talk of the town at this moment. Being different from the slipstream of young bands that find their inspiration in British and American pop, Jungle by Night is inspired by music away from the mainstream. Their music is a mixture of Afrobeat from Nigeria and Jazz from Ethiopia, played with a Western rock attitude.
Amatorski is a young Belgian band formed in 2008 and based in Ghent, with a melancholic and narrative style, and some reminiscences of Portishead, Sigur Rós, or Radiohead. Though their name means 'amateurs', they reached the finals of the Belgian rock contest Rockrally in 2010. The intimate song Come Home hit #1 in 'De Afrekening', the alternative hit chart on radio station Studio Brussel. In 2010 they released the Same Stars We Shared (Amatorski debut) EP. Their debut longplayer TBC was released in May 2011.
