Growing up on a diet of pirate radio in north London, UK, Ben XO (Ben Isaacs) began actively DJing in 1998 and is well known for his series of DJ demos that are regularly released onto the internet. XO has been holding down a weekly radio show on Bassdrive, the largest drum’n'bass shoutcast station on the internet, for over 7 years.
The son of two professional musicians, for 10 years Sébastien attended the academy of music learning technique and musical theory on piano and drums. Soon he began visiting record stores, where he was introduced to a new world of sounds and styles. What he liked most was what he heard from the likes of Daft Punk and other dance electronic music pioneers, and before long he stepped behind the turntables.

The Bingo Players appear to have been made for each other, the proof of which came in November 2009, when the DJ/producer duo topped the Beatport overall chart for a second time with their remake of the dance floor classic, “Devotion”, which stayed on no. 1 for two weeks and over a month in the top 10!

Since the age of 13 Foamo has immersed himself in the garage, dubstep, jungle/d'n'b, hip hop and grime scenes. With all these influences combined, Foamo has crafted his own category of electro that often revolves around a filthy bassline and kinetic beats.

There are, at least, three artists known as Playgroup. 1) A pseudonym of London, UK electroclash / electro house producer & graphic designer Trevor Jackson (aka UNDERDOG). Jackson also ran, the now defunct, Output Recordings. Discography: Make It Happen! (2000), Playgroup (2001, brought diverse influences, inc: funk, disco, hip-hop, electro & dub - creating an album that relies heavily on the past, only to reshape, with such vigour, that it might sound too modern, for its own good), several more releases followed, Reproduction (2004, a remix album) & Front 2 Back (feat. KC Flightt, 2006),
