The Pattern Theory

The Pattern Theory were originally founded in Leeds, England in 2006 by Carl Schilde, Lukas Creswell-Rost and James Yates. After the release of our first EP, "EP1", we set out on a nationwide UK tour in September 2007. Tracks from this EP have been played on BBC's Radio One and on stations in the USA, Australia and Germany. This has led us to higher-scale gigs, such as playing together with Damo Suzuki (Can) and supporting American bands such as The Drift and Icy Demons in Germany. James also plays drums in The Declining Winter.
