The Extinguishers

The Extinguishers are a bunch of fucking handsome pimps who'll crash yer town, neck yer pint and go home with your girlfriend, but they'll rock you so hard you won't have time to think, let alone care. What they lack in cleanliness and manner they more than make up for in talent, good looks and sheer charisma. Their unique Ska/Punk/Hardcore mix just has to be heard to be believed. They started in 2003, and spent 2 years in isolation perfecting their skills, finally unleashing the behemoth that is The Extinguishers on the 30th April 2005...

Bastard Fish

Bastard Fish are a 5 piece ska band from Manchester. Their sound consists of many different influences such as ska, dub, eastern european gypsy music, reggae, punk, stoner rock and metal. The band takes the approach that no idea is too ridiculous to be included in a song and therefore their music is characterised by drastic changes in mood, feel, tempo, dynamics and often genre. The lyrical themes vary from universal themes of money, relationships and rejection to tales of mute girls, drunken clowns and shopping in shady markets.

Fatter Than Albert

Band bio from their web site reads:
Fatter Than Albert has been throwing punches, exploding faces, and playing rock guitar since January of 2004. Pulling inspiration from their home town of New Orleans, the band has set out to challenge themselves musically and has created a unique blend of jazz influenced ska-punk music. They have displayed their energetic live show numerous times locally with crowds of over 400 in attendance.

Under the Gun

Under the Gun is five dudes from right outside Philadelphia. We recently released our 7 song EP entitled,"Come Hell or High Water" that includes the 2 songs in our player, plus 5 more. Their songs are influenced by the cold war era and by their slavic roots

Catch 22

There are several bands called Catch 22, including ones in the ska (1), metal (2), jazz, American alternative, and 1980s UK punk genres. German tech-house producers Daniel Girresser & Michael Erb also use the name.
1) Catch 22 (ska): Catch 22 is a third-wave ska band based in New Jersey. The band was formed in 1995 by drummer Chris Greer and vocalist Tomas Kalnoky. They released a self-produced demo tape, Rules of the Game, in 1996. All 2000 copies of the tape quickly sold out.

Po-lice

Po-lice is made up of Phil and JC on guitars, Harris on bass and Trent on drums. Their music has been described as 'Chaotic Skacore", involving political lyrics and a general hatred for the system. They are based in Southwest England and have been playing music together for around 5 years. They have mainly played benefit gigs so far for anarchist good causes

Less Than Jake

Less Than Jake is a ska-punk band formed in 1992 in Gainesville, Florida. They were recently released from their contract with Warner Brothers. Their current line-up includes Chris (vocals, guitar), Roger (bass, vocals, guitar at certain live shows), Vinnie (drums, lyricist), Buddy (trombone, bass at certain live shows) and JR (saxophone). The band's name derives from a dog Vinnie had while growing up, which was treated better than the rest of the family. It's also a reference to the phrase "everything is jake," which is an old phrase meaning everything is cool.

Detonate

Detonate were a ska-core band from Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas. They started by various members of defunct Dallas ska bands and released two full-length albums: Television (2007) and Undead (2008).
