The Suzukis

The Suzukis are a UK rock band based in Wigan. Band members are Chris Veasey (vocals), Adam Bamford (guitar), Robert Warnes (bass) and Stuart Robinson (drums). They started touring in 2005 and signed to the Sony/Columbia "indie" label imprint Deltasonic (home of The Zutons, The Coral and The Dead 60's amongst others). Following support slots with various labelmates and most notably, The Fall in January 2006, the band virtually fell off the radar but released their debut Reducer 4-track EP in July 2007.

Natasha Lea Jones is a singer and composer born in Wigan, UK. Her musical career began by signing with her critically acclaimed duo Pooka to WEA in 1993. Pooka (Natasha Lea Jones and Sharon Lewis) released four albums and a six singles/EPs between 1993-2001. She has Toured the USA, Europe and the UK alongside Kristin Hersh, Everything but the Girl and The Levellers. During this time she has become renowned amongst many for her powerful yet delicate melodies, vocal and songwriting style.

The Maladies Of Bellafontaine

In January 2006 a coquettish little Welsh girl and her swarthy Spanish lover rustled up a blueprint which appeared to provide a solution to the world’s insipid musical malaise. Acoustic assistance was required and so the pair hopped atop the nearest hillside, bellowing to the heavens their request for likeminded hairy helpers. The clarion call was responded to by a quartet of tousled troubadours and The Maladies of Bellafontaine were forged.

Moco hail from Wigan, home to Uncle Joe's Mint Balls, the mighty Wigan Athletic and pea wet. They set their sights high and wanted to be added to this illustrious list. The band have a strong following on the Manchester music scene and around the North West, as well as reputation as Northern firecrackers on the London Scene, playing legendary packed out nights at Alan McGee's Death Disco amongst others.

Gerard is a from Wigan, currently based in Bristol and the former frontman of Witness. Following their split in 2004, Gerard went on to self-release an album of demos called Drawbridge, in August 2006. The Portlands

The Portlands' Bio The Portlands formed in 2009 in the north-west of England, Manchester, and have toured the world with their distinct brand of Folk Rock 'N' Roll. After sharing studio time with Elbow only three months into their formation at Blueprint Studios, they went on to play some of the most prestigious venues in the country on their first UK Tour, and finished with a 15,000 capacity crowd festival date at the end of summer 2010.

John Player Specials are a soulful reggae/ska band based in Wigan, near Manchester UK. Formed in 2006, the band originally played small venues around Wigan and are now starting to gain recognition in the Manchester underground ska scene, and have 2 CD releases available for purchase from http://jps.bigcartel.com The band are currently writing material for a full length album hopefully to be recorded and released by Easter 2009, and can be occaisionally seen performing at Bomb Ibiza and TNS gigs in Manchester at the Retro Bar and Satan's Hollow.
