Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina (b. 3 February 1525 – 2 February 1526; d. 2 February 1594) was an Italian Renaissance composer and the most well-known 16th-century representative of the Roman School of musical composition. Palestrina became famous through his output of sacred music. He had an enormous influence on the development of Roman Catholic church music, and his work has often been seen as the culmination of Renaissance polyphony.

Pierce Pettis

A former staff writer for PolyGram Publishing in Nashville, Pettis' musical career was started in 1979 when Joan Baez covered one of his songs, "Song at the End of the Movie", on her album Honest Lullaby. Following that release, Pettis became heavily involved in the "Fast Folk movement" in New York in the 1980s alongside artists such as Shawn Colvin and Suzanne Vega. In 1984, Pettis released his first independent solo album, Moments, followed by a string of releases for High Street Records; While the Serpent Lies Sleeping, Tinseltown and Chase the Buffalo.

Yetis are an band from Wollongong, Australia, currently comprised of siblings Cameron (vocals/ guitar/ bass, formerly of Epitomes), Curtis (vocals/bass/guitar) and Jenna Smith (vocals/violin), as well as multi-instrumentalist Dave Muratore (formerly of Assai). Their debut EP Lightmares was released online in March 2011. This was followed up by another EP, Hear Me Now, in October 2012.

ACxDC stands for Antichrist Demoncore. The band was founded in 2003 by Sergio, Pablo, Jeff, and JC. Within 2 years of playing together they released the Jack Trippin' Demo, He Had it Comin' 7", and had 2 tracks on the Signs Of An Impending Doom Compilation. They quickly made their mark in the / scene by playing tons of wild shows all over Southern California. By 2005 the band had called it quits, but in the summer of 2006 they decided to have a reunion show with all original members for one night only.

Joel Houston (born September, 1979) is the Hillsong United Creative Oversight/Producer at Hillsong Church in Sydney, Australia. He is the son of pastors Brian and Bobbie Houston and grandson of Frank Houston. He is one of three children. He has a brother named Benjamin and a sister named Laura. As part of the Hillsong United music team, he has not only participated in the creation of the albums (being a main leader and songwriter), but has produced them as well.

Patty Griffin

Patty Griffin, born Patricia Jean Griffin, March 16th, 1964 in Old Town, Maine, is an American singer. She brought out her debut album Living With Ghosts--a set of demos featuring only Ms. Griffin and her guitar--to critical acclaim in 1996. Her sophomore album, Flaming Red, demonstrated a more rocking, full-band sound. The ill-fated Silver Bell album was never released by her record label, however, and the label terminated her recording contract shortly after that. Many of the songs from Silver Bell were re-recorded for subsequent albums.
